BBQ Prices are based on events with 100 guests or more.
For groups of less than 100 guests please discuss the price with your event planner.
FOOD SERVERS AND BARTENDERS
Labor prices are based upon a three-hour set up, a four-hour event and a one-hour breakdown and clean up,
(8 Hours total). Overtime is billed after 8 hours
Head Server - $200.00 - $35.00 per hour overtime
Food servers and Bartenders - $175.00 - $25.00 per hour overtime.
A deposit is required to confirm the date and hold our services.
Gratuities for service personnel are not included, and are at the discretion of the client.
